Creekside MX

Creekside MX in Marion, Texas (formerly Buffalo Valley MX) is the San Antonio area's wooded motocross park: two complete tracks with jumps, doubles, tabletops, and banked turns, plus tight wood trails with real elevation changes. Tree-covered terrain instead of open prairie is what sets it apart from the typical central Texas track.

The woods earn their keep in summer. Central Texas heat from July through September is brutal, and shade stretches the rideable hours deeper into the afternoon. The tree cover also gives the terrain variation and visual interest that flat open-field tracks can't match.

Two tracks plus the trail loops make it a two-discipline property: standard motocross laps on the tracks, tight woods riding on the trails, with genuine elevation built into both. There is also a hole-shot drag section, so bench-racing arguments about who gets to the first turn can be settled with an actual gate-to-first-turn run.

The vibe is family-friendly and open to all skill levels, with enough track variety to cover riders from beginners up through fast locals.

Creekside sits in Guadalupe County east-northeast of San Antonio, between San Antonio and Seguin off FM 2538. Riders in Marion, Seguin, New Braunfels, Schertz, San Antonio, and along the I-10 / I-35 corridor have it close; Austin riders come south and Houston riders drive west specifically for the wooded terrain.
