We verify.

Do I have to pay to claim my track?

No. Claiming and managing your listing is free, forever. The paid tiers (Founding, Premium) are optional placement upgrades.
How is payment processed?

All billing runs through Stripe, the same payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. You get an emailed receipt after every charge, and you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel anytime from your billing portal.
What's the difference between Founding and Premium?

Founding ($29/mo) gets you priority placement within your state: top of the state directory, Founding badge, locked-in early-adopter price for life. Premium ($59/mo) is the only plan that guarantees rotation on the MX Parks homepage, plus first placement on your state page and featured-strip rotation across the directory. If you ride a regional crowd, Founding is the move. If you want riders nationwide finding you, Premium.
Is homepage placement guaranteed at any tier?

Only Premium guarantees homepage rotation. Founding gets state-level priority but no homepage slot. Each Premium subscriber gets a full 24-hour homepage feature at least every six days, distributed across four daily rotation slots.
Why is Founding $29 if Premium is more visible?

Founding rewards the riders and operators who back us in year one. The $29 price locks forever, even if the standard tier rises to $59 or higher in 2027. Premium is priced for what it delivers right now: top-of-everything visibility.
How long does verification take?

Usually under 24 hours. We email you the moment your claim is approved. If we need more info we'll email instead of denying.
What counts as proof?
+
Anything that ties you to the track. A track-domain email (you@yourtrack.com), a state DBA or LLC filing, a business license, a utility bill in the track's name, a signed lease, or a link to your name on the official website.
Can someone else claim a track that's already claimed?

Once we verify an owner, the listing is locked to them. If ownership changes hands, the new owner submits a fresh claim with their own evidence and we transfer the listing.
What if my track isn't in the directory?

Email us at hello@mxparks.com. We add new tracks free. We don't list private practice tracks or invite-only facilities. Only places where riders can ride.
Will my listing get more visitors after I claim?

Generally yes. Claimed listings rank higher in search, get the Verified badge, and unlock the optional Founding/Premium upgrades. Activity dashboard tracks views and saves so you can measure it.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you paid for, then reverts to free. We do not lock you in.
I own multiple tracks. Do I need separate subscriptions?

Yes. Each track has its own subscription, so you can pick the right tier per track. Add tracks to your account and choose a plan for each one independently.
Do you offer refunds?

No automatic refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. If something goes wrong, email admin@mxparks.com and we will sort it out case by case.
