MX PARKS

Terms · Updated May 10, 2026

The deal.

These terms cover everything you do on MX Parks: browsing, creating an account, posting reviews, claiming a track, subscribing as a Featured Track. By using the site you agree to them. This is starter language; consult a lawyer before you bet your business on it.

Accounts

  • You're responsible for what happens under your account. Pick a real password and don't share it.
  • One person per account. Track owners can have a separate account from their personal rider account if they want.
  • We can suspend accounts for spam, harassment, fake reviews, fraud, or anything that breaks these terms.

Content you post

  • Reviews and photos go through moderation before publishing. We can decline anything that's spam, defamatory, off-topic, or copyright-infringing.
  • You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant MX Parks a license to display it on the site, link to it, and use it in derivative work like newsletters.
  • One review per rider per track. Edit yours instead of stacking.
  • Don't write reviews for tracks you've never been to, tracks you own, or tracks you have a financial stake in.
  • Photos: only post images you own or have permission to use. Don't upload anything featuring minors without parental consent.

Track ownership and claims

  • Anyone can submit a claim on a track. We verify within 24 hours via your business filing, your name on the track website, or other reasonable proof.
  • Approved owners get edit access to operational fields (contact, status, hours, fees, schedules, amenities, photos). Long-form SEO copy is curated by our editorial team.
  • If we determine ownership has changed (sale, transfer), we may revoke the existing claim and require the new owner to submit theirs.

Featured Track subscriptions

  • Featured Track is a paid placement (currently \$29/month Founding tier, \$59/month Premium). It buys you placement on the homepage Featured grid and rotation in Track of the Day.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep the placement until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds: we'll prorate refunds for outages or downtime that we caused. Day-to-day "I changed my mind" cancellations don't get refunded for the current period.
  • We can suspend a Featured Track for terms violations (fake reviews, harassment) without refund.

Don't do this stuff

  • Scrape the site at scale. We have an API plan; ask if you need one.
  • Submit reviews you wrote with AI to inflate ratings.
  • Claim a track you don't actually own or run.
  • Use the site to harass other riders or owners.
  • Try to break stuff. Bug reports go in contact — bounties are case-by-case.

No warranty · The disclaimer

MX Parks is provided "as is." Track info comes from owners, riders, and public sources — we do our best to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Always confirm operating status, gate hours, and fees with the track directly before you load up the truck. Riding motocross is dangerous; we're not responsible for what happens at any track listed here.

Changes

We update terms occasionally. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes get communicated to active users via email.
