Two tracks split the work: a full big-bike layout loaded with tabletops, step-ups, doubles, and a sand bowl, plus a dedicated kids track so the little ones build skills on their own dirt. The sandy base soaks up rain and stays rideable when other tracks turn to clay, which makes it a solid all-season option between Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Toledo.
