Moto Xtreme

Moto Xtreme is a motocross practice track, race venue and training facility on Squawfield Road in Hillsdale, Michigan, down in the state's southern tier where riders from Indiana and Ohio are as common as locals. Three tracks share the property: the main track, the pro track, a full-size motocross layout used for open rides, structured practice and the Swamp Series races; a turn track, a flat cornering loop for drilling entries and throttle control; and a pitbike track the crew calls the best in Michigan, which is lit up for the Pitbike Night Series. Riders describe the dirt as a mix of soils that holds moisture and stays good late in the day.

Open ride days are Sundays from noon to 5 PM and Wednesday evenings until 8 during the season, weather permitting, with pop-up practices and weather calls posted on the Moto Xtreme Facebook page; the fall 2026 practice schedule on the track's site runs Sundays through October 25. Riding is $35 per rider and spectators are $5. Some race weekends add a Saturday morning open practice on the big track, and camping is available around those weekends.

Racing runs all season through RaceReady registration, $35 a race with a $10 gate. The Pitbike Night Series is five rounds under the lights with registration from 1 to 3 PM, practice at 3 and racing at 5, and classes from Wobbler and Young Gunz through Women 12 and up, the 110 stock classes, Trailbike, Vet 30 and Open Outlaw, with live music on race nights. The Swamp Series is the track's own big-track motocross series, a two-moto format for beginners through pros with no AMA or district membership required. Spring brings a MOXC ATV harescramble and the Asskicker harescramble on the woods course, and the Sandbagger Classic closes the calendar in November. The MX Factory brings its traveling technique clinics here too.

Hillsdale is about 45 minutes from Jackson and Fort Wayne and just over an hour from Toledo, so the track pulls a tri-state crowd on race weekends. Call (517) 745-7268 or email [email protected] with questions.
