Perris Raceway

Perris Raceway in Perris, California is the oldest motocross track in the state. It has been turning dirt since 1954, sits off Interstate 215 in Riverside County within easy reach of Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, and the facility has been completely revamped under WTP Motorsports, the We The People group founded in 2021 to bring core values back to motocross, which manages the track, sponsors the TPJ Race Team and promotes events including FMX Best Whip. The property runs three tracks: the main track, a vet track and a pee wee track, and the weeknight program is built around them.

The weekly rhythm is the draw. Tuesday is Mini Night from 4 to 9 PM with gates at 3:30: 112cc and under only (TTR110s, KLX110s and the like) and riders 17 and under only, no exceptions, with minis and pee wees on the main and vet tracks for $40, the pee wee track for $25 and STACYCs for $10. Wednesday is Big Bike Night, 125cc and up, 4 to 9 PM for $40 or $25 for military and first responders. Friday is Pit Bike Night from 5 to 10 PM with gates at 4:45, the big-tent session for STACYCs, PW50s, E2s, pit bikes, Surrons and 110 to 140 trail bikes (TTR, KLX, CRF, DTR and DTZ 110s and 125s), $40 general, $25 pee wee or military, $10 STACYC. Saturday and Sunday are open practice from 8 AM to 1 PM with gates at 7: $50 big bikes, $25 on the pee wee track, $25 military and first responders, $10 STACYC. Gates lock 30 minutes after the track closes.

House rules are simple. Full professional motocross riding apparel is required anywhere in the facility, every rider signs the release form posted on rideperris.com, and golf carts, Razors, three-wheelers and four-wheelers are never allowed on the grounds. The calendar on the site is the source of truth for closures and one-off days, such as e-bike practice on the vet track or the track closing for an outside e-bike race, so check it before you haul. Race days run under the WTP Patriot Elite banner, including the Hot Summer Nights series, with registration on Trackside and live timing and results on resultsmx.com, and SCFTA flat track racing shares the property.
