Timber Valley MX

Timber Valley MX in Ware Shoals, South Carolina is permanently closed. The owners announced the closure in August 2026, took one last ride, and shut the gates.

During its run, Timber Valley, also styled Timbervalley MX, was a newly built family-friendly motocross and riding facility that built a fast reputation for premium, deep-tilled dirt and a genuinely welcoming community, and it was still expanding when it closed.

The property ran four distinct riding areas. Two outdoor motocross tracks anchored it, built with steep hill drops, banked berm walls, downhill rollers and a corner triple. A tighter stadium-style supercross track tested agility, timing and rhythm control. A dedicated woods track gave cross-country and enduro riders their own off-road circuit. The crew ripped the soil deep into the corners and fresh-prepped the jump faces to keep traction prime.

Open practice generally ran 10 AM to dark on designated riding days, with sessions splitting big bikes from youth and little bikes, and passes and private coaching booked online.

For riders in the Greenwood and Laurens County corridor between Greenville and Augusta, its closing leaves a real gap.
