Revolution Motocross Park

Revolution Motocross Park, originally founded as Revolution Park Motocross, is an 87 acre private training and racing facility on the Carlisle-Whitmire Highway in Union County, South Carolina, in the Broad River country between Union and Carlisle. It was announced in February 2007 by the Union County Motocross Association to give local riders a legal place to ride, with early instruction ties to the JPMX school of pro racer James Povolny, and the layout carries the pedigree of well known track builder Lonnie Taylor. The centerpiece is a 1.2 mile national style outdoor track on red dirt with a 40 gate professional start and a 100 yard downhill left hand launch, backed by a full size (tamed) supercross track for technical training, a dedicated turn track, a fully prepped 50cc kids course, and a 2 mile wooded loop for cross country and enduro riders. An underground watering system keeps the dust down and the soil consistent. The club format welcomes the public on designated open practice days, mainly weekends, weather permitting: big bikes ride for $40, 85cc and under for $30, and the kids 50cc track is free. Primitive overnight camping is available for a small fee. Check the club's social pages for open dates before you haul.
