H5 MX Compound

H5 MX Compound is a training-first motocross facility on Driggers Lane outside Manning, in the South Carolina lowcountry between Columbia and Charleston, built to move riders forward at every level from mini-bike beginners to Pros. The home-grown H5 MX Series runs a full class ladder, from Mini-E (4-7) and 50cc PW through the 65 and 85 brackets to multi-tier amateur, vet, open, and Pro divisions, scored electronically with RaceReady transponders (bring yours or grab one for $10). Race weekends run a rhythm that says a lot about the place: Friday early-arrival camping from 5 to 10 PM with sign-ups 6 to 9, then race-day gates at 6:30, registration at 7, a non-denominational track church service at 8:30, and the mandatory riders meeting at 9 before practice and racing. Entries are $35 per class ($45 Pro) with spectator gates at $20 for 13 and up, $10 for kids 4 to 12, and free for 3 and under. Between race weekends, select Saturdays carry $30 open practice from 9 to 2 and designated Thursday afternoons host technical training clinics.
