Treaty City Motorcycle Club

The Treaty City Motorcycle Club on Motorcycle Court outside Greenville is one of the Midwest's most enduring off-road institutions, a volunteer-run AMA charter club with more than eight decades of history and club roles handed down through family generations. The crown jewel is the Peace Pipe Enduro, a timekeeping race run consistently since 1945 as part of the Appalachian Championship Enduro Series (ACES): early-November single-track through deep mud, roots, and tight technical woods that has drawn national-level AMA riders for generations. The club preserves the old-school culture while aggressively modernizing the grounds: August 2026 saw the debut of a completely new motocross track built for vintage and modern bikes alike (open practice nights run $20 per rider), and the flat-track side was reborn as a 40-foot-wide banked short track with progressive corner banking, home of the annual Gary Davis / Art Frazier Memorial Short Track Race. Off the track, the clubhouse anchors the property with an indoor bar, food kitchen, and awards hall, free primitive camping spreads across the grass north of Greenville Creek, and the grounds even carry free public Wi-Fi. It is a private, non-profit member club at heart, but open practices and public race days welcome spectators and newer riders.
