Sweeney MX Track

Sweeney MX Track is a family owned motocross track in Park Hills, in southeast Missouri's Mineral Area, turning laps since 2012. It is a grassroots operation built to be safe and fun for bikes of all sizes, and local riders rate it among the best tracks in the state. Ride days are announced on the track's Facebook page, including weekday openings that run 10 AM until dark with light prep: watered and tilled the night before with no re-prep during the day, so the earlier you ride, the better the dirt in summer heat. The track is not split on weekday sessions and riding is at your own risk. Every rider checks in at the house first, waits to be signed in, then heads to the track. Weekday practice runs $30 per rider, cash or Venmo. About an hour south of St. Louis off US-67, it is the Mineral Area's home track for Park Hills, Farmington, Desloge, and Bonne Terre riders.
