Northland MX

Northland MX is a public motocross track just southwest of Klemme in north-central Iowa, off Highway 69, and one of the region's rare true practice destinations: open daily, 7 AM to 8 PM, at $30 a day. The vehicle policy is as inclusive as they come, motocross and supercross bikes, pit bikes, supermoto, quads, UTVs, even hillclimb machines. If it runs on dirt, it has a place here, and that open-door policy on the same riding day is genuinely uncommon. The layout is kept well maintained with doubles, triples, tabletops, whoops, big jumps, and rhythm sections, and the turns are deliberately built wide so multiple riders can share the track safely. Northland is also the central hub of the Iowa/Minnesota MX Series, trading rounds with Sherburn MX Park and Humboldt County MX, with 2026 race weekends on the calendar into late September; race days run registration from 8 AM, practice at 10, and heats straight through the afternoon. Camping is available on site.
