Indian Hills MX Park is a motocross track in Du Quoin, Illinois, set on the well known Du Quoin State Fairgrounds grounds in the southern part of the state. The fairgrounds setting is a real edge: paved roads run throughout the facility, so getting the rig and the pit setup in and out is a lot easier than the average farm-field track. For riders across southern Illinois and into Missouri, it is a destination worth the tow.

The amenities back that up. There are three seasonal shower houses, four seasonal public restrooms, RV dump and fill stations, and plenty of RV hookups with water, sewer, and electric, so a race weekend here is comfortable instead of a survival exercise. On-site fishing is even allowed with an Illinois license, which gives the non-riders something to do between motos. The house series is the Revved Up Series, with 2026 rounds set for late May, mid-July, and a Mid America Series weekend in October, and the park has a history of hosting Loretta Lynn area qualifiers.

With its paved paddock, full hookups, and steady race calendar, Indian Hills is built for weekend racing more than quick weeknight laps. Getting in: every motocross rider and spectator uses Gate 8 off Bob Green Drive, and larger rigs should take Route 14 to Sweetgum Road to reach it, because Gate 8 is the only entrance where big trailers and motorhomes can make the turns. Coming in another gate can cost you an extra charge. Gate and camping passes can be bought ahead on the website (a QR code is emailed and scanned at the gate) or paid by cash or card on arrival. The grounds are state property with a 24-hour security guard, quiet time at 10 PM, fires only in raised pits (none on the pit grass), pets on a leash, no swimming in the ponds, and a signed minor waiver or legal guardian for anyone under 18. Two-wheel pit vehicles are not allowed; four-wheel pit vehicles need a driver 18 or older and a $20 pass.

The Revved Up Series runs five rounds a year with year-end awards for the top three in every class and a red number plate decal for each round's point leaders, and riders must race all five rounds to count for the championship. Vendors set up free with pre-approval through the website.
