Plateau MX

Plateau MX is an open-practice motocross track in Crossville, Tennessee, set on the rolling terrain of the Cumberland Plateau. It runs as a dedicated practice and rider-development facility rather than a points-championship park, so the focus here is track time: show up, sign the waiver, and get your laps in at your own pace. The layout uses the natural elevation of the land, blending downhill drops with built tabletops, launch faces, and flowing corners. It is a dirt-bike-only track, so quads, ATVs, and side-by-sides are not permitted. Riders of every level are welcome, from first-timers and kids on the separate PeeWee track to fast local A-class racers, and full riding gear is required before you enter the staging area. Plateau MX typically runs open practice on weekends, with Saturday getting a full track prep and Sunday a lighter prep. Hours can shift with the weather, so check the track's Facebook page before you load up. Non-riding guests are welcome to come watch.
