Eugene MX Park in Junction City, Oregon is one of the rare Pacific Northwest motocross tracks with a professionally designed layout, and the design quality shows in how it rides. High-bank berms, multiple jump styles, and a wooded hillside setting give the property a feel few Oregon tracks can match. Most PNW tracks sit on flatter parcels and depend on bulldozed berms for any vertical change; Eugene MX uses the southern Willamette Valley hill country instead.

The main track is 1.5 miles, among the longer layouts in Oregon, with room for the straight-and-rhythm variety that shorter loops cannot deliver. The high-bank berms are the signature feature. Banking shaped correctly holds serious speed, and Eugene MX's berms let riders commit to lines that flat-banked tracks make impossible. Multiple jump styles across the layout let riders work different skills within a single session.

A smaller secondary track sits separately for beginners, giving newer riders an appropriately sized layout without full-pace traffic pressure. The two-track setup lets households with mixed-skill riders practice the same property at the same time.

Sundays are the operating day: practice at 10am, racing around noon. The Sunday-only schedule keeps the track fresh and gives the crew time to prep between weekends. Pricing is $10 for riders and spectators, kids 6 and under free, which makes Eugene MX one of the most affordable tracks in Oregon and keeps it reachable for families just getting into the sport. Camping runs $10 per night for racers who want to arrive Saturday ahead of a Sunday session.

The same operation runs a winter arenacross series at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem. The winter program keeps Eugene MX riders training through the months when PNW rain shuts down the outdoor track, and the arenacross format adds SX-style obstacle practice the outdoor layout does not offer. That dual-season structure is unusual for an Oregon operation and reflects a real commitment to year-round rider development.

Junction City is about 15 minutes north of Eugene off Territorial Highway in the mid-Willamette Valley. Portland is two hours north on I-5, Salem 45 minutes north. The location pulls riders from across western Oregon, southwestern Washington, and the Oregon coast, and the valley climate makes spring and fall some of the best riding windows of the year.
