Round 2 of the 2026 AMA Texas State Championship Series (South region) runs August 29-30 at Irondog MX in New Ulm, Texas. The Texas State Championship reaches its 16th year in 2026 and its first as an AMA Featured Series, awarding points on a per moto basis toward the Texas #1 plate. Saturday practice runs 8 AM to noon, then racing fills the weekend across classes from 50cc micro up to 450cc Pro, plus 65cc, 85cc, Supermini, Schoolboy, Women's, College and the full Vet 25+ through 50+ lineup. Irondog MX hosts the South region's second round in New Ulm. Points stay within the South region, so riders chase the title round by round.
