OPMC MX (Olympic Peninsula Motorcycle Club)

OPMC MX is the Olympic Peninsula Motorcycle Club's track on Deer Park Road just outside Port Angeles, Washington, run by a nonprofit club for riders who love off-road motorcycling and the peninsula's home for motocross racing. The track opens on scheduled days rather than a daily schedule: paid practices (recently $30 per rider, 9 AM to 2 PM), a spring Mini Moto-X and Easter race, the Hurricane Hillclimb in June, and the five-round OPMC Fall Series from September into November. It also hosts a PacWest Motocross Series weekend, the AMA Featured Series for Washington and Oregon.

The club adds practices through the year as the calendar allows and posts them on opmcmx.org and Facebook, so check before you haul. The track is closed on Mondays after event weekends and during hillclimb events.
