FMX Paradise

FMX Paradise is a motocross park on W 600 N outside Medaryville, in Pulaski County, Indiana, about 4 miles up US 421 from town and roughly an hour and a half from Chicago, Fort Wayne or Indianapolis. Three tracks are laid out by skill: a pro track with a mix of small and large jumps, a beginner and intermediate track for riders working up to it, and a separate pee wee track for the small kids. A freestyle area with two 8-foot steel ramps gives the FMX crowd a place to send it, which is where the name comes from. Bikes and quads both ride here, so the corners tend toward wide, sweeping bowls rather than tight single-line berms, and the dirt is a loose mix that depends on the watering and grooming the crew puts in before each ride day.

There are no standing weekly hours. The park opens on posted dates, weather permitting, listed on its annual schedule graphic and the FMX Paradise Facebook page. In 2026 that meant open ride weekends from early May through mid September, usually 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday night rides from 3 to 9 PM through June and July, a members-only Sunday and a quads-only weekend. Riding is $25 a day for members and $35 for non-members. A proper MX helmet is required, spark arrestors and whip flags are recommended but not enforced, and there is no overnight camping, so plan on a day trip. Medaryville is small, so bring food and water.

Race weekends bring the Chicago Dirt Riders' CDR Tigbakay MX Series, which ran a May round here and its 2026 final round in late September, with open-cc classes from Beginner through Expert, a 50-plus class and pit bikes, plus a round of the Central Ohio Motocross Series. The park has closed and reopened over the years, and the current crew, reachable through Tanya at (574) 242-1381, leans on volunteers to help water, flag and put the final touches on the track before race days.
