Sioux Valley Cycle Club

Sioux Valley Cycle Club, just north of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is a membership-based motorsports club that runs motocross, hare scrambles, short track, quad racing, and ice racing across the season. Five disciplines on one property covers nearly everything in off-road racing.

Ice racing is the one you don't see elsewhere. Most regional clubs go dark all winter; Sioux Valley's ice racing keeps the calendar alive through the deep South Dakota cold, a season the local climate reliably supports and a calendar footprint you will not find at many clubs anywhere on the Plains.

Through the warm months the lineup covers the rest: motocross for outdoor racing, hare scrambles for cross-country, short track for oval work, and quad racing for the four-wheeler crowd. One club membership buys access to all of it, so a committed rider can develop across several disciplines without splitting dues between organizations or trailering to a different venue for each format. The member-funded model also tends to keep track prep and programming consistent year over year, since the club doesn't live or die on weekend gate receipts the way a commercial track does.

Riders in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea, Madison, and along the I-29 / I-90 corridor in Minnehaha County have the club close by. Minnesota riders from the Worthington and Luverne area cross the line for their nearest multi-discipline club, and northwest Iowa riders come up from Sioux City. With the Sioux Falls metro at the center of the region, the club draws from three states.
