Green Acres MX

Green Acres MX was a 1-mile motocross track on Kansas farmland in Marion, in the heart of central Kansas. The owners, Ron and Shelli, have closed the track to public riding. In their words: "Green Acres MX Marion is no longer open to the public to ride. We have made a lifetime of good friends! We will miss you all."

When it ran, Green Acres was a straightforward, small-town operation: a single 1-mile lap with real variety of jumps, elevation changes, and whoops across mixed farmland dirt. It welcomed both dirt bikes and quads, and open practice ran on Thursdays and Sundays, drawing riders from Marion, Hillsboro, Newton, McPherson, and the wider central Kansas area.

The track is now closed to the public, so riders in Marion County looking for motocross will need to look elsewhere in Kansas.
