Jordan River OHV State Park

Jordan River OHV State Park is a state-owned motocross facility in northern Salt Lake County, just 30 minutes west of downtown Salt Lake City. The state-park operational identity combined with the Salt Lake metro proximity is the structural foundation that defines the property's broader regional access, public infrastructure investment plus practical drive-time accessibility. The four-track inventory: two dedicated motocross tracks for the standard MX programming, dual-purpose OHM/ATV tracks for cross-discipline access, a novice track for newer riders developing through skill levels, and a grand-prix track for the broader off-road format. That four-discipline footprint genuinely supports nearly every off-road discipline a rider might want to develop on a single admission. The dedicated novice track is the unusual operational feature. Most regional state-park OHV facilities run shared layouts; Jordan River's separated novice surface gives newer riders appropriate-difficulty terrain without competing with experienced rider traffic. Pricing is structured for the state-park operating model. $25 per rider per day, $15 for 50cc riders, with 5-pack passes available at $125 for the cost-conscious committed rider crowd. Utah OHV license and registration are required, the standard state-park OHV access requirement. Operating window: April through November.
