What to expect
Stay the night, ride Sunday. Lake Sugar Tree Motorsports Park in Axton, Virginia opens for practice on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM on both the supercross and motocross tracks, the morning after Round 8 of the Moonlight MX Series. Practice is $30 per rider and an LST membership is required. Dry camping is free, so racers can stay over after Saturday night's racing and get their laps in.
RV hookups can be booked at lstmx.com, and the Lake Sugar Tree Facebook page carries weather calls. The park is off US 58 in Axton, between Martinsville and Danville.
