What riders find at Billings Motorcycle Club.
Billings Motorcycle Club is one of the oldest and most legendary motocross facilities in the United States, sitting on a massive 1,421-acre property at 3630 Old Blue Creek Rd in Billings, Montana. Founded in 1914, BMC has more than a century of riding history baked into its dirt, earning a reputation as the heart of Montana's off-road racing scene and the self-titled Motorcycle Hill Climbing Capital of the World.
What sets Billings Motorcycle Club apart from nearly every other motocross park in the country is the sheer variety of riding terrain packed into one property. Riders have access to 8 distinct tracks built for motocross, supercross, flat track, endurocross, cross country, hare scrambles, hill climbs, sand drags, and a dedicated 50cc track for the youngest riders learning the sport. Whether you ride a 65, a 250F, a 450, or a big-bore hill climb machine, there is dirt here built for you.
The grounds host multiple public events throughout the year, including the famous BMC Fall Classic, points championship races, hare scrambles, and the world-renowned hill climb competitions that draw riders from across North America. The Big Sky country terrain delivers natural elevation, varied soil, and the kind of relentless, technical layout that separates weekend riders from serious racers.
BMC operates as a private membership club, with new member applications open from December 1 through the first Wednesday of October each year and renewals available December 1 through the first Wednesday of February. Membership gives riders practice access to all 8 tracks plus the full 1,421 acres of clubgrounds. Public spectators are welcome at sanctioned events, making it one of the best places in Montana to watch professional and amateur motocross, hill climbing, and flat track action live.
Located just minutes from downtown Billings, the club sits in a region known for big mountain views, wide-open Montana skies, and a passionate motorcycle community. Riders traveling to BMC can pair their trip with exploring Yellowstone National Park, the Beartooth Highway, and some of the best riding country in the Mountain West. The club is supported by a deep roster of local sponsors including Hansons Motorsports, Montana Honda, Full Throttle Sales, and Hi-Tech Motorsports, reflecting the strong dirt bike culture rooted in the Billings area.
For motocross riders searching for tracks near Billings MT, Montana motocross parks, hill climb venues, or hare scrambles in the Northwest, Billings Motorcycle Club is a must-ride destination. Few facilities in the country can match its combination of acreage, track variety, racing tradition, and pure Montana character.
