What riders find
Billings Motorcycle Club in Billings, Montana is one of the oldest and most storied motocross clubs in the United States, sitting on a massive 1,421-acre property at 3630 Old Blue Creek Rd. Founded in 1914, BMC has more than a century of riding history baked into its dirt, a standing as the anchor of Montana's off-road racing scene, and the self-titled name of Motorcycle Hill Climbing Capital of the World.
Few properties anywhere pack in this much terrain variety. Riders get access to 8 distinct tracks covering motocross, supercross, flat track, endurocross, cross country, hare scrambles, hill climbs, and sand drags, plus a dedicated 50cc track for the youngest riders learning the sport. Whether you ride a 65, a 250F, a 450, or a big-bore hill climb machine, there is dirt here built for it.
The grounds host multiple public events through the year, including the famous BMC Fall Classic, points championship races, hare scrambles, and hill climb competitions that draw riders from across North America. The Big Sky terrain brings natural elevation, varied soil, and the kind of relentless, technical layouts that separate weekend riders from serious racers.
BMC runs as a private membership club. New member applications open December 1 through the first Wednesday of October each year, and renewals run December 1 through the first Wednesday of February. Membership covers practice access to all 8 tracks plus the full 1,421 acres of clubgrounds. Public spectators are welcome at sanctioned events, which makes BMC one of the best places in Montana to watch professional and amateur motocross, hill climbing, and flat track racing live.
The club sits just minutes from downtown Billings, in country known for big mountain views, wide-open Montana skies, and a committed motorcycle community. Riders traveling in can pair the trip with Yellowstone National Park, the Beartooth Highway, and some of the best riding country in the Mountain West. Local sponsors include Hansons Motorsports, Montana Honda, Full Throttle Sales, and Hi-Tech Motorsports, a roster that reflects how deep dirt bike culture runs in the Billings area.
For riders searching out tracks near Billings MT, Montana motocross parks, hill climb venues, or hare scrambles in the Northwest, BMC's combination of acreage, track variety, racing tradition, and pure Montana character is hard to match anywhere in the country.

Eight tracks for the price of a basic membership
Made the trip from Oregon for the Hill Climb weekend and ended up riding MX, the flat track, the endurocross loop, and the hare scramble section. 1,421 acres means you can have all four disciplines on the same property without driving. Mont...
Family friendly with a real 50cc track
Brought the kids out for the 50cc loop on a road trip through Montana. Separated layouts keep the small bikes off the bigger machines. Concessions and bathrooms are basic but functional. Locals were helpful pointing out which sessions are o...
Cross country and hare scramble training in one stop
Made a vacation out of it. Hare scramble loop is genuinely challenging, not a watered-down version. Sand drags are entertaining if you have never seen them. Bring a roomy trailer because you will want to switch disciplines through the day.
