River Ridge Motocross

River Ridge Motocross in Norfork is one of Arkansas' oldest motocross tracks, set on the banks of the White River with natural elevation changes, multiple large tabletops, and clay-based jumps with sandy corners. The riverside setting is what people remember. Most Arkansas tracks sit on farm ground or hill country; River Ridge's waterfront location is its own thing.

Three riding surfaces share the property. The long, fast motocross main track suits experienced riders who want sustained speed. A half-mile TT track gives the flat-track and oval crowd a dedicated place to work on that discipline. A 1-mile SxS course handles side-by-sides and UTVs for the four-wheeled side of the family, and an RC car track adds something for the non-riders.

The dirt is the other story. Clay-based jumps hold their faces through repeated hits, while the sandy corners drain fast and stay predictable, a mix well suited to the Ozarks' up-and-down rainfall.

River Ridge sits in Baxter County, north-central Arkansas. Riders in Norfork, Mountain Home, Yellville, Cotter, Calico Rock, and Bull Shoals along the Highway 5 and Highway 62 corridors are close by. Branson and Springfield, Missouri riders cross the state line south, and Memphis riders make the drive for the riverside terrain.
