What to expect
Valley MX goes all out for the Fourth of July weekend with two D14 Michigan MX (Tire Mafia Series) points-paying race days. Here is how the weekend runs:
July 2: Gates open 2pm to midnight.
July 3: Gates open 10am to midnight, practice noon to 5pm, early sign-up 7pm to 8pm, and an 8pm hotdog eating contest.
July 4: D14 bikes only racing. Sign-up at 7am, practice at 9am (mini track at 8:30), racing starts after practice. Features a 250cc Money Moto (20 plus 1). Small fireworks at the track after dark, plus the nearby Crystal Lake fireworks around 10:30pm.
July 5: D14 bikes only racing. Sign-up at 7am, practice at 9am (mini track at 8:30), racing starts after practice.
