What to expect
Utica-Rome Motocross runs a two day youth race on Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30, with the whole weekend given over to the young riders.
Classes cover 50cc through 85cc plus Schoolboy, and awards go to the top finishers in every class across the two days.
Gate times, sign-up windows and fees for this one have not been posted yet. They go up on the Utica Rome Motocross Facebook page, so check there before you load up.
The track sits on the grounds of the historic Utica-Rome Speedway, so there is plenty of room to spread out. Camping is free and first come, tents or campers, around the perimeter of the parking area, and there are two concession stands running full menus.
