Metroplex runs organized practice every Tuesday evening on the night track. Gates open at 5 PM, practice runs 6:00 to 9:30 PM across A/B, C/Beginner, 85cc/65cc, 50cc, MiniXCross, and StacyC/Orion e-bike groups. AMA membership is required. Chest and back protection is required for all riders at Metroplex.
