What to expect
The rained-out round lands at Top Gun. Round 17 of the Carolina Outlaw Series, originally set for the first weekend of October at Catheys Creek MX, moves to Top Gun MX in Iron Station, North Carolina on Sunday, October 18, 2026 after the series and Catheys Creek agreed the forecast was not going to cooperate. Gates open at 6 AM, practice starts at 8:30 and racing follows immediately. Gate is $20, sign-up $35 per class and $40 for pro classes, which pay back 200 percent.
Top Gun runs open practice the day before, Saturday, October 17 from 10 AM to 3 PM, for riders who want laps on the track before the round. Details and the calendar are at topgunmx.com.
