Open Practice, Pee Wee Racing & Pit Bike Games

Saturday of the big D12MX weekend at Sandusky Valley Riders, ahead of Round 9 of the Stateline Championship Series on the Sunday. Gates open at 7 AM. Open practice runs 10 AM to 4 PM at $30 per rider. Gates close at 11 PM. Pee Wee racing goes at 12 PM and it is BEGINNERS ONLY. Riders competing on the big track are not eligible, so it stays a genuine first-race environment for the little ones. Pit Bike Games follow immediately after open practice, which is the fun end of the day. Gate fees run $20 Friday, $15 Saturday and $10 Sunday, and camping is FREE all weekend. Friday gates are open 5 PM to 10:30 PM. Racing needs BOTH an AMA membership and a D12MX membership. One rule change to know before you pack: the 2026 AMA chest protector rule is in effect. Front AND rear protection meeting AMA requirements is required to compete. Trash bags are handed out at the gate. Bag your trash and leave it by the drive for pickup, or use the dumpster across from the entrance. A Friday night Battle of the Border race was announced for this weekend but the final details were still to come from Milan when the schedule went out, so check with SVR before planning around the Friday.
