Sunshine State Vintage Motocross Series Round 1: Lucky 13 Season Opener

Thirteen years of dirt, bikes and brotherhood. The Sunshine State Vintage Motocross Series (SSVMX) opens its 2026 Lucky 13 season with Round 1 at North Florida Motocross Park, five miles north of Hilliard, Florida, on Sunday, October 4, with the park open all weekend. Thursday practice runs 9 to 2:30, Friday gates open 2 to 10 PM for camping, Saturday gates run 7 AM to 10 PM with practice 9 to 2:30 and mini practice 8 to 4, and Sunday gates open at 6:30 with sign-up at 7, the riders meeting at 8:15 and racing from 10 to 4. Admission is $25 for Friday or Saturday (ages 6 and up) and $20 on Sunday; sign-up is $35 for the first class and $20 for the second. Primitive camping is $20, campers $30, and the $50 hookups are sold out. The class card runs vintage eras from 1975 and older through 1991 to 2008, drum-brake 50+ and 60+ classes, modern bikes from 50cc minis to open two-strokes, ATC three-wheelers, women, vet and age classes to 70+ Masters, plus no-jump beginner classes.
