Stampede Weekend Practice Day

Saturday laps before the Stampede finale. Sunset Ridge MX in Walnut, Illinois runs a bikes-only practice day on Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 9 AM to 3 PM, the day before the rescheduled Sunset Stampede Round 5 and Ch4se Challenge. Gates open at 7 AM and stay open to 10 PM, practice sign-up runs 8 to noon, and race sign-up and check-in for Sunday run noon to 3. Sessions go C, 85 and Supermini, Vet 40 and up with Women, 65s, A/B and 50 Jr/Sr, with the 50cc PW, Wobbler and girls on the 50 track. Practice is $40 per class and no AMA or District 17 card is needed for Saturday. The gate is $20 per person and covers the whole weekend, or $15 if you arrive after 3 PM, with 4 and under free; camping is $20 per vehicle for the weekend with no open fires, and Friday night camping is by reservation through [email protected]. Everyone needs the current online waiver, minors need a parent on site, and pit vehicles are adult-driven with a season permit.
