During our one-day riding school, we will define fundamental aspects, creating better safety, longevity, and results. Students will be instructed in areas such as body positioning, cornering, braking, jumping, throttle control, gear selection, line choices, and starting procedures. Additional subjects available are decision-making, the mental game, sponsor relations, bike setup and maintenance, fitness and nutrition overview. MX23 is one of New England’s most centrally located tracks and is within a reasonable drive from areas such as eastern New York and southern Maine. A notable characteristic of this track is how the conditions simulate a race day. The owner Dan, a prior professional racer, takes much pride in mixing soil that provides a track the riders love. It usually develops large braking bumps and deep ruts attracting the fastest riders around. With these types of tough conditions, it is great for anyone looking to improve their skill on the bike.
