Baldknobber Bash: AMA Amateur Race

Sign in at 7, race at 9. The 2026 Baldknobber Bash closes Sunday, September 27 with an AMA amateur race at Rick's Branson MX in Reeds Spring, Missouri. Sign in opens at 7 AM and racing starts at 9 AM. It is an AMA race, so bring your AMA membership. Classes, entry fees and gate fees have not been posted yet, so check the Rick's Branson MX Facebook page before you haul. The Bash starts two days earlier, on Friday, September 25, with practice from 9 AM to 2 PM and the Baldknobbers Pit Bike Race at 4 PM. 2026 AMA RULE, CHEST AND BACK PROTECTION. This is an AMA-sanctioned race, and from January 1 2026 chest and back protection is mandatory for competitors. It can go under or over the jersey, but it has to cover the sternum, the anterior ribs, the posterior ribs and the spine from T1 to T12. Riders without proper protection are NOT permitted on track, so check your gear before you travel.
