JG Halloween Special: Mutschler and Midthun Training Finale, Open Ride and Pit Bike Races

End the North Dakota season with a training weekend. The final round of the Jamison Mutschler and Gavin Midthun (JG) training series, the Halloween Special, runs October 10 and 11, 2026 at The Rock, the Bismarck Motocross Association track in Mandan, on a fully prepped track. Gates open Friday at 2 PM for camping with a social, music and fun Friday night. Saturday: registration at 8 AM, riders meeting at 9:30, training 10 to 2, open ride 2 to 5, then pit bike registration at 5:30, pit bike practice at 7:30 with costume pit bike races under the lights to follow (Dash for Cash with the purse announced Friday, a Mom Race championship, a Buddy Race and an Open class), then a big fire and loud music. All skill levels are welcome at the training sessions. Sunday: registration at 8, riders meeting at 9:30, training 10 to 2 and open ride to follow. It is $100 per rider per day with no other fees. JG bills itself as the top trainers in the state and says improvement is guaranteed; this finale is also one of the last outdoor riding weekends of the year in North Dakota.
