What to expect
Afternoon laps in Sturgis. The Jackpine Gypsies Motorcycle Club opens its motocross track for practice on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 4:30 PM until dusk, with the gates opening at 4:15. Practice is $25 per rider.
The club grounds run on announced dates rather than daily hours, so watch the Jackpine Gypsies Facebook page for the next one. Minors need a signed, notarized release at registration. The track is on Short Track Road on the south edge of Sturgis.
