Youth MX Series Round 2: Halloween Race Day, Pumpkin Relay and Trunk or Treat

Halloween hits different at Durhamtown. Round 2 of the Durhamtown Youth MX Series races Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Off Road Adventures at Durhamtown in Union Point, Georgia, and the track is wrapping it in a full day and night for the whole family. New on the lineup is the Pumpkin Relay Race: seven teams of two, gate drop and ride, hand the pumpkin to your teammate on the track, go slow and do not drop it, first team across the line with the pumpkin wins. It is limited to seven teams, so pre-register early. The costume contest runs at intermission, and kids can race in costume as long as all protective gear is still worn; candy is guaranteed. After the racing, the Lodge bar opens at 6 PM, the Halloween Trunk or Treat fills the day parking lot at 7:30 (anyone can set up, decorate your vehicle or just bring candy, or just let the kids trick or treat) and The Highway Band plays the Lodge at 8. The series runs youth motocross classes from 50cc through Super Mini plus girls, ATV, Stacyc and adult pit bike classes at $35 per class (Stacyc $15), gate $15 per person with ages 3 and under free, AMA membership required. Pre-register at durhamtownprereg.netlify.app. Pre-registration is open and earlier sign-ups get a better gate pick for Moto 1. Race entry fees are paid at the track only, either Friday, October 30 from 6 to 8 PM during practice or Saturday from 6:30 to 8:30 AM sharp; no payment, no racing. Every racer needs an active AMA membership (check the expiration before race morning) and will need the AMA number at registration if not pre-registered. Series points standings are posted at resultsmx.com.
