A triple-sanction combo weekend at Doublin Gap, August 29 and 30: District 6, PAMX, and the Doublin Gap Series together, always one of the best events on the DG calendar. Saturday runs practice 9 to 3, then a select slate races Saturday afternoon: 50 Shaft, 50 Electric, Mini EE2, 65 (7-11) C, 85 (9-11) C, 85 (12-15) C, Schoolboy 1 and 2, and StarVarq. Sunday brings full racing with contingencies on the line, gates at 7 AM. AMA membership and the AMA annual minor release card (mandatory for all riders under 18) must be shown at registration, and DG series riders should sign up for their jacket size at registration too. A few grass RV hookup sites are still available, so call 717-571-5824 to reserve before they fill, with free dry camping as always.
