Rip N' Roast Triple Crown

Double points, three motos. Wheeler Spring MX in Bowdoin, Maine runs the Rip N' Roast, a Triple Crown event worth double points, on September 25, 26 and 27, 2026. It is a three moto format, with two motos Saturday and the third moto Sunday, followed by awards. Gates open for the weekend Friday morning at 10 AM with open practice that day. The track's latest post lists Friday practice from 10 AM to 3 PM, while the flier says 11 AM to 4 PM, so check the track's Facebook page for the final word. Saturday and Sunday both start with the riders meeting at 8:45 AM and practice at 9 AM, followed by racing. Sign up in person at the main office: Friday practice sign-in from 10 AM to 3 PM, race sign-up Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 8:30 AM. Early online registration opens Thursday at 9 AM. Friday practice is $40. Racing is $60 per class for your first two classes and $40 for each additional class. Gate admission is $35 if you arrive Friday and covers all three days, $30 for Saturday and Sunday, or $20 for Sunday only. The 250A, 450A, 30A and 40A classes pay back 100 percent. Saturday night is the party. There is a pig roast at $25 per person, co-hosted and prepared by The Dirty Cooks Catering Services, the Kaiju rock band plays from 7 PM to 10 PM, and a small fireworks show follows the band. The Snack Shack is open Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM.
