What to expect
The Oak Motocross Park spends Sunday, September 13 celebrating motocross history: a vintage bike show, an open ride day and a swap meet, all on the same day. The date was pushed back from an earlier one, so this is the rescheduled running.
Ride, show, swap. Modern AND vintage bikes are both welcome on the track, so you do not need an old bike to come and ride. The bike show is free to enter, so drag the old projects out of the shed and put them on display. For the swap meet, bring bike parts to sell.
It is $5 a head at the gate and $35 per rider to ride the track.
The Oak has not posted a start time for this one. Check theoakmxpark.com or their Facebook page, or call or text (814) 577-5419, before you make the trip.
Details can change.
Dates, times, fees and schedules come from the track's own posts and fliers and can change with weather, track conditions and other circumstances.
