What to expect
Open practice at The Compound MX in Fulton on Wednesday, August 26, running 4 PM to 8 PM.
Practice is $40 per rider per session, or free if you hold the $650 season practice membership, which covers every public practice day.
Riders go out by group: A and B for 20 minutes, then C and D for 20 minutes, then the small bikes, and the cycle repeats.
The Compound announces its practice days week by week and some weeks only run a single day, so check their Facebook page before you leave.
