First Annual Thanksgiving Race

A new one for the calendar. South of the Ozarks MX (SotoMotoX) in Branch, Arkansas holds its first Thanksgiving race on Saturday, November 21, 2026, a daytime race to close out the track's eighth season. Gates open at 7 AM, practice starts at 10 AM and racing starts at noon. The class list runs the full Soto-Series lineup: sixteen youth classes from 50cc through Schoolboy and Girls, fourteen big bike classes from beginner through 250 A and Open A plus the 25, 30, 40 and 55 and over classes and Women, and four quad classes. Entry is $35 per class for the trophy classes and $40 per class for the A and quad classes, with 250 A and 450 A paying out 50 percent (one payout place per three entries). Youth trophy classes award first through fifth and adult trophy classes first through third. Gate entry is $10 per person for racers and spectators, ages 4 and under free, cash only at the gate, and everyone signs in and signs the release on the way in.
