What to expect
Last Polka Dots race of the season. Polka Dots Motorcycle Club in Midland, Michigan closes 2026 on Sunday, October 4 with a District 14 motocross run as a split program, built around a $5,000 purse Money Moto with a $500 holeshot award and a new Dunlop tire for each of the top 15.
Sign-up opens at 7 AM and the riders meeting is at 8:30 AM at the clubhouse. The morning program starts at 9 AM: all 50cc, 65cc and 85cc bikes, Girls and Women, and the age classes from 25+ through 60+. The Money Moto runs between programs. The afternoon program starts no earlier than 1:30 PM: 125 B/C, 30-40 B/C, Vet Beginner, 2 Stroke Open, Open All Star A/B, Schoolboy 1 and 2, 250 B and C, and Open B and C.
Class fee is $40 and transponders will be used. Money Moto riders must be B class or above and must also sign up for an additional points-paying class on race day.
Gates open Friday after 5 PM and stay open Friday and Saturday night until 10 PM. Entry is $10 per person per day, with kids 12 and under free if they are not racing. Wristbands are charged for both days up front, and $10 is refunded if you leave Saturday. No pit bike riding. Saturday, October 3 has vintage racing followed by open practice.
