What to expect
Full prep, 15-minute sessions. Old Ben MX in De Soto, Illinois runs a fully prepped practice on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11 AM to 4 PM, in 15-minute practice sessions. Dirt bikes only, all riders welcome; same dirt, different day.
Practice fees were not in the post, so call (615) 708-5751 or check the Old Ben MX Facebook page for the rate and any weather call. An unprepped practice runs Wednesday, September 30 from 4 to dark.
