MSC D34 Round 15

Round 15 of the MSC District 34 series at Echo Valley MX, run as a full weekend from Friday August 28 through Sunday August 30. Gates open Friday at 4 PM. Saturday gates open at 7 AM with practice from 10 AM to 3 PM, and the pit bike and STACYC race goes off at 5:30 Saturday evening, so bring a helmet for that. Sunday gates open at 7 AM for race day. The gate is $20 and covers the whole weekend. Practice is $40, and Sunday race entry is $40 per class. Note the track does not refund wristbands, so coming Saturday just to practice works out at $60. Echo Valley is CASH ONLY, so stop at a machine before you get there. Expert payouts run the same way they did at the last race. There is a church service Sunday morning at 7:45, led by Stephan, praying for a safe day for riders and families. Anyone who wants to join is welcome. CQ Cycles is on site for the weekend with t-shirts plus the rest of their inventory, and tires if you need one. On pit bikes: the track allows them as a courtesy and asks that they are not abused. Ride responsibly and keep an eye out for other riders, spectators and staff. AMA and MSC membership requirements are covered in the track's earlier post. 2026 AMA RULE, CHEST AND BACK PROTECTION. This is an AMA-sanctioned race, and from January 1 2026 chest and back protection is mandatory for competitors. It can go under or over the jersey, but it has to cover the sternum, the anterior ribs, the posterior ribs and the spine from T1 to T12. Riders without proper protection are NOT permitted on track, so check your gear before you travel.
