Round 6 of Miller Motorsports' Hot Summer Nights Motocross Series takes over the Booneville track for a full weekend. Friday, July 31 opens the gates at 5 PM with practice on the lighted night track from 5 to 9, $30 a rider. Saturday, August 1 runs open practice from 8 to noon on the fully prepped big track with flaggers and split groups ($30 if racing, $40 for practice-only riders), then registration from 12 to 4, the riders meeting at 4, race practice at 4:30, and racing into the evening. Registration opens earlier this round to prevent the sign-up line that delayed the last gate drop, and pre-registering online through iRaceReady speeds things further. Sunday winds down with no-prep practice, 8 AM to dark, $30. Gate fee is $15 per person Saturday only (5 and under free). Race entries are $30 a class plus a $5 transponder fee when pre-registered online ($10 more if you need a transponder), or $40 a class at the race; Open Outlaw runs $50 online or $60 at the race with 200% payback at 3 or more entries. The class sheet covers the full ladder: Micro-E and 51cc divisions through 65s, 85s, Supermini, 125 B/C, two-stroke, Girls and Women, Schoolboy through College Boy, 250C through Open D beginners, vet classes 25+ to 50+, Warrior, and STACYC, plus a complete ATV program from 50cc youth quads to Quad Open A/B. Riders must race 6 of the 10 rounds to qualify for season awards.
