What to expect
Ride, practice, improve, repeat. Echo Valley Motocross Park in Brookston, Minnesota opens the moto track for practice on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 9 AM to 3 PM, $35 per rider and open to the public, racer or not. It is the Saturday of the Range Riders MC hare scramble weekend, so the woods course is in use Sunday while the motocross track gets the Saturday session. Gates open Friday evening for overnight parking at $20 a night, no hookups.
Riders under 18 must have an AMA minor release card, a parent or guardian present, or a notarized minor release form, no exceptions. AMA membership is required for Saturday practices under the track's insurance, with day passes sold. Full gear is required: helmet, goggles, chest protector, long sleeves, pants, over-the-ankle boots and gloves. Call before you haul at (218) 391-8422; the track only got a couple tenths of rain this week and says the track is good to go.
