What to expect
Cato MX closes its 2026 season on Sunday, October 18 with a round of the UpState Motocross and WNYMA dual district series.
Open practice runs the day before on Saturday, October 17.
Gate times, fees and the running order for this weekend have not been posted yet. On a normal Cato race weekend gates open Friday from 4:30 PM, Saturday from 8 AM and Sunday from 6:30 AM, with sign-up Saturday afternoon and evening plus Sunday morning, but confirm on cato-mx.com before you haul.
Sign-up is at the track, there is no online pre-entry. No AMA card is needed: USMX and WNYMA accept all current district cards, and a day pass is available at sign-up if you do not hold one. Riders under 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian, or by an adult carrying notarized authorization.
Details can change.
Dates, times, fees and schedules come from the track's own posts and fliers and can change with weather, track conditions and other circumstances.
