Moonlight SX Series Round 7

Saturday night supercross under the lights. Round 7 of the Piedmont Floor Show Moonlight SX Series runs Saturday, September 26, 2026 on the SX track at Birch Creek Motorsports Park in Sutherlin, Virginia. Sign-up opens at 2:00 PM, practice is at 4:00 PM and racing starts immediately after practice. E-bike riders get their own classes this round: Stacyc, Surron, Talaria, Stark and more, and the track wants to see what kind of turnout is out there, so if you want those classes to grow, come race. Pre-registration race fees are $40 for A classes, $30 for amateur and big bike classes, and $20 for the 50cc and Stacyc classes, with a card fee of about $3 per entry. Signing up in person costs $5 more per entry. Pre-registration goes live Sunday, September 20 at 7:00 PM through Trackside. Gates open Friday, September 25 at 4 PM. The gate is $20 for ages 4 and up, with 3 and under free. 50 amp electrical hookups are $100 for the entire weekend, limited availability, booked online at mx-tickets.com. No transponders are needed this weekend. Do not pack up after Saturday night: Sunday, September 27 is open practice on both the MX and SX tracks from 10 AM to 4 PM for $40, no membership required.
