PeeWee Jam

The PeeWee Jam is back at TenMile MX on Saturday, August 29, a full day of racing built entirely around the youngest riders. TenMile runs it every month. Running order: the gate opens at 8 AM, registration is 8 to 10 AM, the riders meeting and devotional is at 10:15 AM, practice at 10:45 AM for two laps, and racing follows. Entry is $15 with under 5s not racing free, and races are $35 each. Girls are allowed in all classes. Camper hook-ups are $50. Two new classes have been added for this one: 65 Beginner and 65 Intermediate. If you have a 65 rider ready for a gate drop, there is now a spot for them. The card runs 20 classes deep and starts about as young as racing gets, with three Stacyc and e-bike classes split by wheel size (12 inch, 16 inch, then 18 and 20 inch) before the 50cc ranks. From there it splits PW shaft drive bikes from the KTM, Cobra and race bikes, each with beginner, junior, senior and open brackets, then Girls Open, two ATV classes, three pit bike classes covering ages 6 right up to 16 and over, and the new 65 classes to close.
