DESCRIPTION:Monster Mountain MX Park hosts the Sweet Home Alabama MX Series 4th of July round\, a full holiday race weekend in Tallassee with Saturday fireworks and Sunday racing.

Gates open Friday from 3pm to 10pm for arrival and camping. Saturday runs practice from 8am at $30 per practice class with three sessions per class\, gates open 6am to 10pm\, and the night caps off with fireworks at 9pm. Sunday is race day: gates at 6am\, an optional church service at 7:30\, the riders meeting at 8am on the PA and 88.9 FM on your radio\, practice at 8:15\, and Moto 1 staged immediately after the final practice with the prayer and national anthem once the gate is loaded.

Race entry is $35 per amateur class and $45 for payout classes. The weekend gate is $25 covering Friday through Sunday\, or $15 for Sunday only\, with kids 5 and under free. Pre-register online at monstermx.com. Riders need 5 races on the season to qualify for Sweet Home Alabama MX Series awards.
